For Tong Ren Group Therapy calls, no need to announce yourself. Just relax and be open to receive while the therapists work on specific points on the doll.

For other calls, please call in the beginning of the call to be grouped together with other callers with similar symptoms. After you have entered the Conference ID and pressed #, please announce yourself only ONCE and CLEARLY after you have heard people talking. If it is at the beginning of the Call, please be patient and the Conference Recorder will get to you and quickly review the condition(s) for which you are calling that night. If it's during the remainder of the Call, your name will be taken down, you will be put on the queue for treatment and the Conference Recorder will get back to you as soon as there is a pause in the treatments. Therapists have started grouping patients by common conditions. This approach has not only sped up the process, we find that it actually increases the treatment's effectiveness!

Due to the very positive responses people have had from Guinea Pig Conference Calls, the number of callers keeps climbing. In order to ensure everyone who needs it gets a treatment, please keep in mind that this form of treatment is primarily for people who cannot get to a Class because they are physically, emotionally or geographically challenged, or who have conditions that require extra-intensive, short-term treatment. Naturally, everyone is welcome to call in to help doll or pick up some chi as we work on conditions you may be facing, e.g., colds, back pain, insomnia, etc. And please remember Tom Tam's rule: Only 3 Wishes per guinea pig!
